If you have received your order and open the parcel to find that the product is damaged or faulty prior to wear, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can rectify the situation. This must be done within 2 days of receiving your parcel.
If you have received your order and find that we have sent you the wrong item or an item is missing, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please remember when emailing that we are not a huge multi-million dollar company, but just a little family with busy lives. We do our best to offer the best possible service to our customers and try to reply to your emails within 48 working hours. We do have busy lives and a lot of other commitments due to our three babies. However, you are all valuable to us as we would not be here without you and we will do our best to make each of you as happy as we can!
